Proyecto \u201cRespuesta del Sector Educativo al COVID-19\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Financiamiento de la Alianza Mundial para la Educaci\u00f3n (AME)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administrado por el Banco Mundial como Fondo Adicional al Proyecto Alianza para la Calidad Educativa (ACE).<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MINED), con la finalidad de contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos en el Plan de Educaci\u00f3n 2017-2021, que orienta el mejoramiento de la Calidad Educativa y la Formaci\u00f3n Integral de los estudiantes que transitan por el Sistema Educativo, y de dar respuesta a la crisis del COVID 19, en el marco de la Estrategia Nacional del Subsistema de Educaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica y Media para enfrentar el desaf\u00edo de la pandemia COVID 19,<\/em><\/strong> est\u00e1 implementando el \u201cProyecto Respuesta del Sector Educativo de Nicaragua ante COVID-19\u201d, <\/strong>financiado por donaci\u00f3n de la Alianza Mundial para la Educaci\u00f3n (AME), actuando la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Fomento (AIF) del Banco Mundial, como agente de la donaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Con este proyecto, el MINED tiene previsto continuar implementando acciones que fortalezcan los conocimientos de las y los estudiantes a nivel nacional en los diferentes niveles del Sistema Educativo. Desde esta perspectiva, organiz\u00e1ndose de manera extraordinaria para facilitar formas de aprendizaje adecuadas y pertinentes para los estudiantes, acompa\u00f1ando al personal docente y directivo, con la mirada puesta en garantizar la continuaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje de las y los estudiantes, a trav\u00e9s de gu\u00edas de autoaprendizaje, contenidos comprensibles, priorizados, utilizando todos los medios, incluyendo el uso de tecnolog\u00edas, tele clases y plataformas digitales de apoyo para el desarrollo de competencias.<\/p>\n

El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n propone fortalecer los procesos de aprendizajes con contenidos educativos priorizados, con base a la implementaci\u00f3n de la adecuaci\u00f3n curricular y contextualizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, incluyendo plataformas con metodolog\u00edas interactivas, que contribuyan a reducir brechas de aprendizaje, garantizando la continuidad educativa en ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en edad de Educaci\u00f3n de Primaria y de Primaria Multigrado seleccionados, en el contexto de respuesta ante los desaf\u00edos por la pandemia de COVID-19.<\/p>\n

En el marco de este Proyecto y en cumplimiento a los Est\u00e1ndares Ambientales y Sociales del Banco Mundial<\/strong>, el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MINED) elabor\u00f3 un instrumento simplificado denominado \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico y Medidas de Gesti\u00f3n Ambientales y Sociales\u201d,<\/strong> que contempla la identificaci\u00f3n de impactos y propone medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n sociales y ambientales por la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras menores de infraestructura escolar que se realizar\u00e1n en los Centros Escolares seleccionados, a fin de asegurar las condiciones f\u00edsicas para recibir los equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos conocidos como Aulas Digitales M\u00f3viles<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Como parte de la etapa de pre inversi\u00f3n, se elabor\u00f3 el Diagn\u00f3stico Socio \u2013 Ambientales para cada uno de los 80 Centros Escolares seleccionados, en donde se realizar\u00e1n obras menores consistentes en la construcci\u00f3n de bodegas tecnol\u00f3gicas para brindar resguardo y conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica a los equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos. Los documentos de este diagn\u00f3stico constituyen una herramienta de gesti\u00f3n ambiental y social, que se elabora con el fin de asegurar la sostenibilidad ambiental y social en las obras de mejoramiento escolar, durante el proceso constructivo.<\/p>\n

Los diagn\u00f3sticos contienen informaci\u00f3n social y ambiental relevante y espec\u00edfica para cada sub proyecto, presenta los resultados de la consulta realizada con la comunidad educativa de cada centro escolar y contienen medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n socio ambientales basadas en los Est\u00e1ndares Ambientales y Sociales establecidos por las directrices del Banco Mundial y la legislaci\u00f3n nacional nicarag\u00fcense.<\/p>\n
